Delivery & Returns

Empire Packaging offer free delivery to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands on all products. Any orders under £14.99 will be sent by standard UK 2nd Class post and anything over via Yodel. We know that you expect prompt delivery so we have made that a priority at Empire Packaging. Our fast, efficient delivery service comes direct to your home or work place, which means that most orders are processed and delivered normally within 2-3 working days anywhere within the UK and upon receipt of cleared payment.

All parcels with a weight greater than 3kg or a value greater than £14.99 are sent via Yodel or at Home 48 service. Once your order has been placed you will receive conformation e-mails and the order will be processed directly from our supply division. We use the best packaging material available to ensure that your item gets to you safely. Please allow between 2-3 working days for delivery. Items sent by courier to the Scottish Highlands and offshore Islands will incur a further charge of £5 per parcel (please e-mail us if you require delivery of larger quantity of bubble wrap to these regions so we can quote you an accurate price).
